NOBEL LADY FAIRY CREAM BRIGHTENING AT NIGHT 贵婦膏 REVIEW (20/3/2018)
Nobel Lady Fairy Cream Brightening At Night |
Recently, someone close to me bought 1 pack of brightening cream named NOBEL LADY FAIRY CREAM BRIGHTENING AT NIGHT for RM 149, and it comes with one free pack. I suspect it was a PRICE-GOUGING goods, and did some background research on the product itself.
According to the advertisements, it was enriched with rare precious pearls and plant nutrients, fade out fine lines, dry lines and other skin aging phenomenon; with unique creamy texture, nourishing from inside out for each layer of skin, precision repair of dull, slack and acne skin; light and comfortable application experience on the face, without tightness, grease free, to restore the firm, tender and smooth skin with shiny whitening luster. Blah blah blah.
In its website, usually comes with www.XXXX.net. For our case, it was www.onao.net and www.uuuv.net. It shows plenty of evidence to trigger impulse purchase. As an example, they've provided videos, recommendations and testimonials in their website (please refer to below).
Video recommendations and testimonials on website |
Other than that, there are also several reviews that you can read from the website. From my experience on online purchasing, no one will actually provide positive feedback in such a detailed manner, with pictures as evidence. However, I've tried to leave a review in their website with a one star, it was not shown.
Note: there's only five star reviews, to get your trust obviously. As mentioned, I've left a review with 1 star, it wasn't shown. |
Moreover, they've also provided with real-time purchases (Fake, obviously).
I captured this during midnight, approximately 2-3am. How can there be so many people buying stuffs at 2-3am? |
This was the product that was advertised, it was labeled as "Whitening Cream Flawless Use Good Effect At Night".
However, this was the product that we received. It was labeled as "Nobel Lady Fairy Cream Brightening At Night".
Exact image of the product received. Nice touch but horrible prints. |
I was really curious, I tried to search "Nobel Lady Fairy Cream" from google but the results surprised me. In Chinese, it was named as Miracle Cream (贵婦膏 Guì fù gāo). There were many brands of this Miracle Cream, such as Lady Cream, Fairy Cream, Nobel Cream, Mageline, Thanmelin, . From my researches, the Miracle Cream actually came from a movie or a TV shows, where famous HK celebrity Kelly Chen dropped her Miracle Cream. People started using it and it turned out that the product was amazing. However, that was at least 14 years ago. Many sellers had then came up with their own names, some brands are not even recognized. According to my searches, there are two most popular brands with their own website that are still carrying this product, named:-
Other than Fairy Cream, the package usually weights 38g. The product I got was only 30g. There were also people discussed in the forum saying that this product is a fake, and that it has no effect or made using immoral/excessive ingredient, that it was just a tool for greedy people to earn money. That really scares me, because I didn't want my family to use harmful products. Therefore, I searched the ISBN code on google instead. When I typed "6971087692041" on google, something interesting appeared.
The barcode and weight is exactly the same with the item that I received.
CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? IT'S ONLY ¥7.80 PER PIECE, AND AFTER CONVERSION IT'S ONLY RM4.80 PER PIECE.
MORAL OF THE STORY: PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF ONLINE EXORBITANT PURCHASES.
PS: I've reported this case to KPDNKK, NCCC Malaysia and Cyber Security Malaysia.
Please leave a comment and let me know what you think about this article.
I have just received my order of buy 2 free 4. I wasn't convince if they are original. The box has unclear writing/instructions. When applied to the skin, it's so dry that I have to wet my face with toner in order to enable the cream to spread smoothly. The cream is 30g indeed & it has glassy cover, just like the one you said is fake. My question now, if it's fake, will it cause bad effect?
ReplyDeleteI really have no idea on the effect of using the product. From my knowledge and common sense, products that give good outcome should already hit the international market, such as Shiseido, Loccitane, SK II. What I'm worried about is that, these products might contain excessive ingredient such as mercury, or unknown chemicals that can be harmful to the end users. So, I actually threw it away. Hope it clarifies, haha.
DeleteAwesome post. You did a great job. Thank you for your valuable post. Also I suggest you to try these websites

Great job. i bought that too and ended up giving out to my maid and friends. but they were happy with the product.
ReplyDeleteI used to be a buyer of all these unknown brands, but there was once I used a product, it was known as a well known skincare from China, I believed it and I bought it. My skin started to rash and I had to consult a skin specialist immediately. The skin specialist lectured me that I should not use brands that are not approved by the government, as it might contain excessive chemicals that can be harmful to us.

How to know that was original or fake product?
ReplyDeleteHow to know that was original or fake product?
ReplyDeleteFrom my knowledge, there are several brands that are still carrying similar items:
Delete1. Mageline (CN, SG) (Approximately RM750)
2. Thanmelin (HK) (Approximately RM688)
3. Fairy Cream (ShenZhen) (5g for Approximately RM130)
But.... it's not cheap of course, and I am not responsible of the authenticity of the products listed. Only buy products that are verified by your government.
Hope it helps!
